Why HRitage?
I created HRitage after seeing the same challenge repeatedly: organizations often don’t need more HR bureaucracy—they need experienced, practical help navigating the people issues that are getting in the way of the business.
I wanted to build an HR consulting practice where leaders could get straightforward advice, develop stronger managers and put practical people systems in place without overcomplicating things.
That’s what People. Performance. Progress. means to me. When you strengthen your people and leadership, better performance and organizational progress follow.

My approach is straightforward, collaborative and practical. I’ll ask questions, listen carefully and tell you what I think—even when the answer isn’t necessarily the easiest one.
I don’t believe in creating HR processes simply for the sake of having HR processes. The goal is to understand what’s happening, determine what matters most and put solutions in place that work for your organization.
